Cancellation Policy

(1) In the event a client wishes to cancel an appointment, a 24hr notice is required. This will allow for another client to be booked in the now empty time slot. (2) Any cancellations within the 24hr window will be charged a 30% fee of services booked. Any no-shows will be charged a 100% fee of services booked. (3) If you will be later than 15 mins, your appointment may be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will apply. (4) A card will be required to be kept on file for all clients, and will be charged only in the cases of: (1) payment for service after service is provided, with client signature. (2) In the event of a cancellation within the 24hr window, or no show. All fees must be paid before any future appointments are accepted. I understand life happens and sometimes you just aren't able to reschedule before the deadline. If that is the case we will work something out! Thank you for your support & understanding!
